Ellab is committed to conducting our business lawfully, with honesty and integrity. As part of this commitment, we, among other things, reject all forms of bribery and corruption will never be tolerated.

We firmly believe that adhering to established rules and conventions is in our mutual best interest, and as a result, all suppliers must act in accordance with our applicable Code of Conduct for suppliers which e.g. entail compliance all applicable international conventions and national legislation relevant to the country where the work or service is performed to engage in business with us.

Further, Ellab promotes an organization-based culture of integrity driven by respectful and ethical behaviour, and all employees of the group must therefore adhere to the Employee Code of Conduct.

Ellab aims to encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith, even if they turn out to be mistaken.

Thus, anyone who witnesses or suspects a breach of our Codes of Conduct or has concerns about past or present suspicion of malpractice by us or our suppliers is therefore encouraged to raise their concerns.

The Group’s whistleblower solution may be used for this purpose if anonymity is preferred. Anyone with access to the system can make reports. At Ellab, this includes both internal and external stakeholders who have experienced misconduct.
